Mill Plain Elementary School Replacement Update

Mill Plain Elementary School (MPES) replacement will open fall of 2023. The replacement is a 62,000 square ft. building that is constructed on the existing campus that replaced an old 1950’s building.

The original 2018 Bond program included prototypes of five replacement elementary schools and one new elementary school This MPES project is the seventh prototype elementary school that was produced out of the 2018 CIP bond measure. The MPES replacement project was possible due to the substantial bond savings that was achieved through the success of the 2018 CIP bond.

This achievement is attributed to the strong leadership through management of procurement and program/project budgets by Evergreen Public Schools and R&C Management Group.

As a Gold Sponsor of the Evergreen SD Foundation’s Gala, R&C Management is proud to sponsor Heritage High School student, Irelynn Godwin, with a $1,000 scholarship to study Aeronautical Science - Aviation.

Building expansion

Last year, Reser’s Fine Foods celebrated the construction of its newest food processing plant in Pasco, WA. Producing a wide variety of popular side dishes, including Reser’s signature potato salad, the plant is expanding by adding 75,000 square feet. R&C Management is proud to be continuing with construction management on the expansion. Completion is expected by mid-2023.

new industrial project in pasco, wa

R&C Management Group is honored to have been awarded the contract to manage the construction of a new 275,000 square foot food manufacturing facility on a 50 acre site in Pasco, WA.

This is the 7th facility Reser’s has entrusted to R&C Management. We have worked with Reser’s on Manufacturing Facilities, Distribution Centers and Offices in Kansas, North Carolina and Oregon.

Construction of the new facility will start mid-June 2021 and be complete mid-July 2022. Total project cost will exceed $100 million.

Fern Ridge School District recently chose R&C Management Group to be their long range facilities planning consultant. Our senior project manager, Scott Rose, will lead this project. As one of the first certified assessor and planners in the state of Oregon, he brings 32 years of experience to the table. We look forward to helping Fern Ridge create successful teaching and learning environments.
