David Douglas School District
Since 1959, the David Douglas School District has been a beacon of learning and growth, serving a diverse community of over 53,000 residents. Spanning 12 square miles, the district encompasses nine elementary schools, three middle schools, and one high school, along with an alternative school campus.
At R&C Management, we are honored to collaborate with a district that prioritizes meaningful, equitable, and highly effective instruction. With a student population exceeding 8,700, David Douglas School District is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Named after the renowned Scottish botanist David Douglas, the district has a rich history of adapting and evolving to meet the needs of its students and families. From its early days of relying on voter-approved levies to recent groundbreaking events, the district continues to innovate and prepare students for the future.
