new industrial project in pasco, wa

R&C Management Group is honored to have been awarded the contract to manage the construction of a new 275,000 square foot food manufacturing facility on a 50 acre site in Pasco, WA.

This is the 7th facility Reser’s has entrusted to R&C Management. We have worked with Reser’s on Manufacturing Facilities, Distribution Centers and Offices in Kansas, North Carolina and Oregon.

Construction of the new facility will start mid-June 2021 and be complete mid-July 2022. Total project cost will exceed $100 million.
