Scott Rose, Senior Project Manager with R&C Management, will be working with Jewell School District to determine scope and budget for an additional gymnasium on their existing campus. We are excited to work with the team at Jewell.
R&C Management Group has been selected to provide both program and project management services for the Centennial School District. The District recently passed a bond for $65 million. Combined with premiums and grants they are looking at over $73 million in capital funding. Among the projects are new gymnasiums at four elementary schools, two middle school conversions and upgrades to the Centennial High School pool. R&C Management Group is honored to be selected to assist Centennial SD with their 2020 Bond Program.
The CMGC, Skanska Building USA plans to break ground June 11, 2020. The District, due to COVID-19 conditions, will hold a public ceremony showing progress and providing community updates near the of the summer or the start of the 2020/21 school year. Congratulations to Warrenton local Big River Construction on award of the earthwork and utility contract.

R&C Management Group is the consultant for Ridgefield School District’s upcoming bond. RSD will ask voters to approve a $40.5 million bond on April 28th to build a new 75,000 sq. ft. K-6 school, new playgrounds and purchase land for a future campus. Rick Yeo, pictured here, presented plans on the new school at the February 25th board meeting.

Ridgefield School District’s Early Learning Center opened this fall. In addition to new classrooms the children are delighted with the outdoor area, complete with a play structure, music elements and sensory panels.

The District recently passed a bond for $38.5 million. Combined with premiums and grants, they are looking at over $46.5 million in capital funding. Among the projects is a new middle school as part of an eventual campus master plan for Pre K-12 facilities above the tsunami zone.
Also included will be modest investments at the 2 existing sites for safety, building envelope, and CTE. R&C Management Group was honored to be selected for the pre-bond planning and is humbled to continue our relationship with this amazing and fast-growing district.
Two Groundbreaking Events for NEW Evergreen Elementary School 22 and Image Elementary School, having taken place this May 18th, 2019 & May 31st, 2019, respectively. The district and community is excited to see this new project managed by R&C Management to kickoff with great teamwork at both groundbreakings and lots of fun for all stakeholders present.
