R&C Management Group extends our heartfelt congratulations to Ridgefield School District and the entire Ridgefield community for the successful passage of two critical levies earlier this month. The approval of these levies ensures continued funding for essential programs, staff, and operational needs that directly impact student success. Ridgefield School District strategically positioned themselves to reduce costs and accelerate the schedule by accomplishing early grading and utility work for the new elementary school ahead of the levy with the assistance of R&D Management Group.
R&C Management Group is honored to continue to serve as the Owner’s Representative for Ridgefield School District. With this momentum, we are actively preparing the D-5 Application for Preliminary Funding Status, ensuring the new elementary school project moves forward efficiently. Our goal is to bring this project to bid as soon as possible, supporting the district’s strategic expansion and its mission to provide outstanding educational facilities for the Ridgefield community.
