At R&C Management, we are proud to partner with Fern Ridge School District (FRSD) in their mission to provide a high-quality education that prepares students for success in a rapidly changing world. Established in 1960, FRSD is located in the heart of Elmira, Oregon, and serves the communities of Walton, Noti, Veneta, and Elmira. The district encompasses 214 square miles and is home to approximately 1,429 students.

May 2024: FRSD Passes Measure 20-354
We are thrilled to announce the successful passage of Measure 20-354, a significant milestone for the Fern Ridge community. This bond measure will enable critical improvements to all four school buildings over the next three years. The community’s support demonstrates a strong commitment to providing students with the resources they need to excel academically and personally.
